Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, we help customers facing financial difficulty reach good outcomes. Working with trusted brands, our clients ask us to help their customers, typically when they are in arrears. Our approach is to treat customers with understanding and compassion, helping them find affordable solutions tailored to their specific circumstances.
Our commitment to exceptional service is rooted in our core standards of empathy and active listening. Our advisors utilise their soft skills to deliver personalised support, guidance, and solutions tailored to each customer, with the goal of assessing affordability and selecting the optimal solution. Understanding their financial situation, disposable income, and unique circumstances is paramount.
Our customer-centric approach ensures that we offer a range of options to those facing payment difficulties. We help customers devise tailored solutions that support their financial recovery, always prioritising fair and reasonable options.
You will never be asked to make payments you cannot afford, and we add no interest and charge no fees on the outstanding debt passed to us. Should a late payment fee or interest on the original balance be applicable, this will be part of the creditor’s terms and conditions. All money collected goes back to the creditor who assigned us.
